TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Unwind Massage & Spa, we strive to provide every guest with a relaxing and enjoyable experience. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following policies:

  • Appointments & Cancellations: No charge when given a 24-hour notice on cancellations. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No shows will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment time.

  • Health & Safety: Your well-being is our priority. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a risk to your health or safety.

  • Payment & Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Memberships and promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

  • Etiquette: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we ask that you silence cell phones and keep noise to a minimum.

  • Refunds: All sales are final. Services, memberships, and gift certificates are non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of the business owners.
